Week 01: Goal Setting
During this first week we will identify your goals, desired outcomes and how we are going to get you there
Week 02: Habit Building
In this week we will carry over your goals and use them to create and build habits. We will look at ways we can improve and learn how to recognize victories, on and off the scale.
Week 03: Accountability
During this week we will see how those habits have started to play out and use them to hold yourself accountable. We utilize Home Core Fitness' Just Take 10 program book to introduce some habit forming actions we can take to better ourselves daily. We will identify challenges you might face while attempting to keep yourself accountable and build habits.
Week 04: Nutrition/Fitness
With the habits being created and the introduction of the Just Take 10 program, we will build on the fitness aspect while we introduce the nutrition aspect.
Week 05: Overview of Created Wellness Plan
This week we will see how the habits have formed and which ones we are able to stick with and which we might need to adjust to ensure success. We will review our overall plans from the past four weeks and talk about how you will maintain this plan going forward and what challenges you think you might face.
